About the VG Club
Objectives:

1. Customers purchasing any Vita Green product over HK $100 are eligible for VIP Club membership. Simply fill in the VIP Club application form with the original purchase receipt and mail to G.P.O. Box 866 Hong Kong or send to our VG Shop.
2. A member can gain Bonus Points with every purchase of Vita Green products. A member will accrue 1 point for every HK$1 purchase. Bonus points will automatically be awarded at VG shops in Hong kong and online at www.vitagreen.com. Customers purchasing from other outlets can send their receipt to G.P.O. Box 866 Hong Kong to have their Bonus Points recognized.
3. A member can redeem his or her desired Redemption Gift by one of the following methods: a) Complete the Bonus Points Redemption Form, then fax to 2537 6607 or post to G.P.O. Box 866. b) Call our 24 hour customer services hotline 2869 8180 to proceed with gift redemption registration. c) Log in to the VIP Club online (http://www.vitagreen.com)
4. The VIP Club will send a redemption letter to the member within 1 month after receiving his or her gift redemption registration.
Platinum Member:
1. Customers purchasing a total amount of HK$15,000 within 6 months are eligible for platinum membership.
2. Platinum membership is valid for 1 year. Platinum member are required to maintain the specific purchase amounts ($15,000) every year in order to retain the platinum membership status.
3. Platinum member can enjoy an Extra Discount 1% for any purchase in Vita Green Shops.

*** Member simply brings along the membership card at the time of purchasing products or services can enjoy extra 5% off discount at his/ her birthday month. This privilege can only be used once per year.
Terms & Conditions of Vita Green Club Membership
1. Applicants or members of VG Club are deemed to have read, agreed and accepted all of these General Terms and Conditions. Vita Green may, at its sole and exclusive discretion, change, amend, modify, add, and/or remove any part of these General Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. You may access Vita Green's website (www. vitagreen.com), or make enquiries with Vita Green, for obtaining and checking the most updated version of these General Terms and Conditions periodically.
2. "Vita Green” means Vita Green Health Products Company Limited.
3. The membership card is not transferable and may only be used by the registered member.
4. To enjoy membership privileges, member must present his/her valid membership card at the time of purchasing products or services.
5. The membership card remains the property of Vita Green and must be returned upon termination of membership or otherwise upon Vita Green's request. Misuse of membership card or benefits may result in termination or suspension of membership, or withdrawal of benefits.
6. If the membership card has been lost or stolen, member should report to Vita Green immediately. The new membership card will be re-issued within 2 months.
7. Member shall make sure that the membership password will not be disclosed to any unauthorized parties. Vita Green will not be responsible for any consequence of an unauthorized use of the membership card or password, including any transaction and redemption etc.
8. Member may terminate his/her membership at any time by giving a written notice to Vita Green and returning his/her membership card, upon which any outstanding bonus points will be cancelled and deemed invalid.
9. Vita Green may forthwith or at any time terminate the membership of a member and the right of a member to use his/her membership card if a member commits misconduct or fraud, misuses membership benefits and rewards, or acts in breach of any of these General Terms and Conditions. In such circumstances, Vita Green shall simultaneously cancel all bonus points of the member.
10. If a member has obtained redeemed rewards or other rewards for himself/ herself or others through fraud, dishonesty or deceit, the member shall be responsible for all liabilities incurred as a result, including without limitation, indemnifying Vita Green for the full price of the redeemed rewards or other products or services obtained, together with all costs, loss and damages incurred or suffered by Vita Green, as a result thereof.
11. Membership of Vita Green Club is at the sole and exclusive discretion of Vita Green and Vita Green may refuse membership to any applicant.
12. Membership is available for private individuals aged 18 or above who have purchased Vita Green products or services over HK$100. Customers purchasing an annual total amount of HK$15,000 are eligible for platinum membership. Platinum members are required to maintain the respective purchase amounts every year in order to retain the platinum membership status. A platinum member who has not met the required annual purchase amount would have his or her membership category reallocated on the anniversary of their membership every year, in accordance with the total purchase amount achieved in the previous 12-month period prior to the anniversary.
13. A member will accrue 1 point for every HK$1 purchase.
14. All purchases must be registered and only be accepted within 2 months of the transaction date.
15. No points will accrue in respect of:
(a) purchase made after 2 months of the transaction date and not registered; and
(b) transaction which is cancelled or refunded. (points accrued will be cancelled on refund or cancellation of sale)
16. If a member purchases directly from VG Shop(s) or Vita Green's website (www.vitagreen.com), it may take about 1 month after a transaction has been completed to have his or her account credited with the relevant bonus points earned in that transaction. If a member purchases through other permitted distributors, it may take more time to credit the bonus points earned in the transaction into his or her account. Once the points have been credited into a member's account, the member can redeem rewards with the points.
17. Vita Green may at any time correct the bonus points shown as credited to a member's account without any notice.
18. If a member is not properly credited for bonus points within 3 months of the transaction, the member may claim an adjustment within 6 months of the transaction by sending a written request, together with the original transaction receipt and membership number to Vita Green.
19. All rewards are subject to availability and certain restrictions. Redemption may be changed or prolonged.
20. For the protection of members’ interest, members are required to bring along and present valid identification document for verification when collecting gifts of values exceeding HK$300.
21. All redeemed rewards are not exchangeable or replaceable for other rewards, and cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstance.
22. All redeemed rewards cannot be resold in any circumstance.
23. Vita Green is not responsible for lost or stolen redemption letter or rewards under any circumstance.
24. Bonus points are valid for 2 years from membership application date and thereafter for each period of 2 years. All remaining bonus points will expire or otherwise be cancelled without any notice. Vita Green reserves the right to decide or change the expiry date for bonus points including all bonus points which have been already accrued or accrued after the date of such decision or change without notice.
25. If a member has several accounts opened under his or her name. In this case the bonus points recorded in each account will also be combined and recorded in the merged, single account. The original accounts will then be cancelled.
26. Upon the cancellation of a membership account (except when it is due to a merger with other accounts), the bonus points already earned in the cancelled membership account which have not been redeemed for reward will also be cancelled simultaneously, and cannot be used for redemption after the cancellation of the account.
27. Purchase protection does not apply to any product or service received as a reward under this scheme.
28. Vita Green reserves the right to cancel, change or substitute the reward and redemption conditions and members' benefits at any time without notice.
29. Bonus points accrued in members' accounts are not the property of members and have no cash or monetary value.
30. The delivery service mentioned above may be affected or delayed depending on the following factors:
(a) availability of products
(b) customer payment account status
(c) delivery location
(d) incomplete or incorrect information provided by customer
(e) weather
(f) traffic condition
(g) other unexpected or uncontrollable factors
31. The personal data collected are for processing applications, communicating membership information, providing services, marketing Vita Green’s products or services and related purposes. Such data may be transferred to or used by Vita Green’s affiliated companies or associations for general marketing purposes. If a member does not wish to receive any marketing material from Vita Green, please send a written notice to Vita Green Club Support (Mailing address: Rooms 2106-07 Wing On Centre, 111 Connaught Road Central, Hong Kong; Hotline: (852) 2901 6000; Email: enquiries@vitagreen.com).
32. If there is any change of personal data or other information of membership, members should notify Vita Green to amend or update the information immediately. Members may also write to Vita Green to request for checking, accessing or correcting their personal data kept by Vita Green.
33. Except to the extent prohibited by applicable laws, Vita Green and/or its affiliates make no representation and warranty, either express or implied, statutory or otherwise, including without limitation to warranties or representations with respect to the reliability or fitness for a particular purpose of the goods, services or rewards provided by VG Club and any representations and warranties relating thereto are expressly disclaimed. In no event shall Vita Green be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising out of an application, subscription, use or inability to use any good or service offered or provided by Vita Green or VG Club.
34. All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for membership, membership privileges, eligibility and accrual of points or redemption of rewards, and the construction of these General Terms and Conditions will be resolved or decided by Vita Green at its sole and exclusive discretion. Vita Green reserves the right to make final and conclusive decisions in relation to these matters, and such decision shall be binding upon member.
35. These General Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
36. These General Terms and Conditions are not intended to limit in any way a customer’s rights under consumer protection statutes. If any part herein is deemed invalid, void or unenforceable by a court for any reason, such part shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of other parts.
37. If there is any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of those General Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
