The Role:

Assist Production Manager in organizing and monitoring overall activities and coordination for a new production line of the Production Department. Ensure that manufacturing is performed properly in an optimal capacity as per relevant specifications/instructions. Prepare and approve SOPs relating to production operations and ensure their strict implementation. Check the maintenance of Production premises and equipment. Ensure production equipment qualification and process validations are done. Responsible for training of Production personnel and frontline staff. Participate in change control, deviation, CAPA, QRM, supplier evaluation, validation, and other quality-related activities. Work with R&D department on production trial for new products.
